There are several different potential causes of back pain – sports or work related injuries, post surgical pain, or even poor posture.  This type of pain can vary in degree, whether it's a sharp, stabbing pain that shoots down your leg, or a dull ache in your lower back.  At Lightsey Physical Therapy, we understand that chronic pain can negatively impact your daily activities, and we are committed to help you become pain free so you can get back to doing what you enjoy.

Causes of Foot & Ankle Pain

Foot and ankle pain can be the result of a multitude of incidents - sprains or fractures, repetitive physical activity, improper footwear, or in some cases genetic anomalies.  This pain can be debilitating, and after an injury has occurred, you have an increased chance of sustaining future injuries.

It is important to seek treatment after an ankle or foot injury. Physical therapy shares an important role in your treatment and recovery, for a return to normal activity.
